ENCookie Policy
This policy applies only to https://phoenixcoreos.ritualforgelabs.com (the "Site").
1. Result of the technical review
As of the date of the last update, we checked what the Site stores and loads during a visit:
- Cookies: neither the Site nor the server sets cookies.
- Local storage: the Site uses a single entry in the browser's localStorage — the key
pcos-lang(see section 2). sessionStorage is not used. - External resources: fonts, images, icons and styles are loaded from the Site's own server. No external CDNs, font services, embedded videos, maps or social media buttons are used.
- Analytics and advertising: no analytics tools, advertising pixels, tracking codes or profiling technologies are used.
2. Remembering your language

The value is not sent to the server, contains no personal data and is not used for tracking. It is a functional setting you explicitly requested and falls under the exemption for strictly necessary storage.
Automatic language selection: only when the home page "/" is opened (with no language chosen), a short script in the browser checks the browser's language preferences and, if they match a supported language other than Bulgarian, takes you to that version (e.g. /en/). No IP address, geolocation or cookies are used. Pages with an explicit language address (e.g. /bg/, /en/) are never redirected. You can always change the language using the switcher.
3. Consent banner
Under Art. 4a of the Bulgarian Electronic Communications Act and Art. 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC, consent is required for storing or accessing information on a user's device, unless this is strictly necessary to provide a service explicitly requested. The Site only stores the language setting described above, which is strictly necessary for a function you explicitly requested. Therefore the Site does not display a cookie banner.
Your browser may keep copies of the Site's files in its cache according to its own settings in order to load pages faster. You can clear the cache in your browser settings.
4. The main RitualForge Labs website
The main website https://ritualforgelabs.com uses its own cookie and marketing settings, described in its privacy policy. Those settings and technologies do not apply to, and are not loaded on, this Site.
5. Changes
If we introduce technologies that are not strictly necessary in the future, we will first update this policy and ask for your consent where required by law.
